One of my favorite back exercises! Floor Seated High Cable Row....I prefer doing them on the floor like this because by moving closer or further away I can adjust how it targets the back. Something you can't do on the machine. Machines aren't usually designed for taller or shorter people, so sometimes you just can't get that right mind muscle connection.
