How to Make Concord Grape Jelly at Home Using Grapes Straight from the Garden!🍇🍇Grape Juice:1. Harvest the grapes and clean them. Remove the stems and place the grapes in a large saucepan.2. Add just enough water to cover the grapes. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, mash and crush all of the grapes. 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer on low for 20 minutes. 5.
