BAKED OCTOPUS Ingredients: • 1.5 kg octopus • 2 onions • 1 fennel bulb • 5 garlic cloves • 5 medium very ripe tomatoes • 2 bay leaves • Salt, pepper, oregano • 200 ml red wine • 100 g olive oil Method: 1. Place all the vegetables in a baking dish and lay the octopus on top. 2. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and bay leaves. Add the wine and olive oil, then mix everything well. 3. Rearrange the vegetables underneath and the octopus on top. Cover tightly with damp parchment paper and aluminum f
